3. Valance (6.5%):  Semi Dry base, blended with a mix of sweet and Montmorency cherry juices to provide a complex cherry flavor that even the Socs and Greasers would love to share.

4. Dol-SEE-tah (6.5%): Semi dry base and dry hopped with Dolcita hops giving aromas of oranges and pineapples. A sweet caramel orange and pineapple flavor with a light bitterness segways to a dry apple finish.

5. Under the Sea (6.6%): Sweet apple aroma with notes of fresh cut summer pineapple. Sweet pineapple flavor balanced with semi dry apple base and a lingering sweet note even Sponge Bob would approve of!

6. Old Curmudgeon (4.5%): This sessionable semi dry cider has a fresh apple aroma with a light body and a crisp apple flavor. This is one even Clint Eastwood would smile at – “Get off my lawn!”

8. Dart (6.5%): A blend of 3 apple varieties to give optimal tartness, Dart has a light crisp apple aroma with a tart and dry flavor and finish.

9. Back Nine (6.3%):  Semi Sweet base, blended with lemon to make our signature lemonade cider. It is then steeped with black tea for that Arnold Palmer boost through the back nine!

10. Indecision (6.8%): Single varietal cider made with Stayman Winesap apples. This cider has a dry and crisp apple aroma with a rich and spicy apple flavor and subtle sweet note. A fully dry, clean cider leaving all to wonder should I Stayman or should I go?

12. Betty (6.6%): Single varietal cider from the Rosalee apple, this single varietal cider provides a sweet, fragrant fresh apple picked aroma. The flavor is semi sweet initial lush apple with background acidity that finishes drier. Betty is a unique single varietal cider that should appeal to both dry and sweet fans.

14. Horse Head (8.1%): Our barrel aged red wine cider pays homage to the wine that previously rested in this barrel: The Godfather. Beginning as our Semi Dry, this cider has an aroma of red wine, oak, and apple. The aroma leads to a complex flavor of an oaky red apple wine with maple, vanilla, and subtle bourbon notes.
