Five Maidens Cider:

1. Semi Dry (6.4%):  Crisp and bright, low residual sweetness, moderate tannins and acidity with a slight tartness.

2. Semi Sweet (6.5%):  Bright, softer mouthfeel, moderate residual sweetness, moderate tannins and acidity.

3. Valance (6.4%):  Semi Dry base, blended with a mix of sweet and Montmorency cherry juices to provide a complex cherry flavor that even the Socs and Greasers would love to share.

4. India Bound (6.6%): Semi Dry base, dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops. Notes of tropical fruit in flavor and aroma.

5. Cranberry (6.5%): Semi Dry base with a tart cranberry aroma and flavor up front and a dry apple cider finish.

6. Old Curmudgeon (4.5%): This sessionable semi dry cider has a fresh apple aroma with a light body and a crisp apple flavor. This is one even Clint Eastwood would smile at – “Get off my lawn!”

7. Golden Ticket (6.4%): This cider has a semi sweet base with a milk chocolate aroma. The flavor is sweet chocolate with a subtle black tea note in the finish – an excellent winter sipper!

8. Sahara (6.7%): Our driest offering, Sahara has a crisp apple nose with a bone dry apple flavor that lingers into the finish.

9. Blueberry Lemonade (6.5%): Our Blueberry Lemonade cider has a semi sweet base that is blended with blueberry juice and lemon. A delightful blueberry lemon aroma and flavor with a touch of the apple base in the background. Welcome back summer!!

10. Steep Series- Peach White Tea (6.4%): Semi Dry base, set on whole leaf peach white tea, imparting soft peach and apricot flavor and aroma, with a slightly dry tea finish.

11. Pineapple (6.3%): Semi dry base blended with the perfect amount of pineapple juice. The aroma is the perfect marriage of pineapple and apple with the flavor matching the aroma: pineapple and apple with a lingering pineapple sweetness.

12. Cider Donut Cider(6.3%):  Semi Sweet base cider with additions of brown sugar and spices. A multidimensional cider with sweet apple notes balanced with a spiced caramel, vanilla aroma and flavor.

13. Chimes of Sahara (10.09%): A crisp cider with a complex vanilla oak and brandy aroma. The crisp and dry Sahara base intermingles with a subtle vanilla oak and a warming brandy finish. A light carbonation provides a very smooth, dry, brandy barrel aged cider.

14. Back Nine (6.3%): Semi Sweet base, blended with lemon to make our signature lemonade cider. It is then steeped with black tea for that Arnold Palmer boos through the back nine!

Play it Stave (9.07%): Our semi dry cider aged in a bourbon barrel for 3 months. Vanilla and oak aroma with a vanilla bourbon cider finish.
