Our tasting room typically features 14 rotating cider flavors, offering something for every palate—from crisp and bone-dry to perfectly semi-sweet. Our lineup includes a variety of unique styles, such as single varietal ciders, hopped ciders, tea-steeped infusions, and a range of fruit-forward favorites like cherry, cranberry, blackberry, and pineapple.

We also love getting creative with the seasons. Some of our most popular seasonal ciders include:

We stopped in here to try the cider on a Saturday evening in January. I had heard they won some awards at the PA Farm show and we were in the area for an event at Wind Creek so it was right down the road. We sat a the bar. The bar itself is small but there is plenty of seating at tables. We shared flight and then each got an additional drink. I liked their Valance and First Press the best from what we had. None of the ciders we had were overly sweet or too dry. There is no food here other than small bags of snacks (popcorn and pretzels I think) so I’m not giving a food rating. We had a bag of the popcorn. There are several restaurants in the area - there was a list in the restroom. I’m sure you can get delivery or pick something up on the way. A band was setting up to perf that evening but we had to leave prior to them starting. The people were personable and friendly. The atmosphere was laidback and easygoing. It was comfortable in there and we felt welcome. Prices were good. There was a tiny parking lot next to the building but we weren’t sure if we could park in there so we went down the street to a parking lot. Street parking was available too, I think I saw meters. We had an enjoyable time.

if I could give this place more than five stars, I would not only was the cider amazing but the staff and the customers were so welcoming and inviting as an outsider they made me feel so welcome! I even came back after my event because they were all so nice and the cider was so good thank you to all. I’m so sorry I’m terrible with names but you’ll remember me because I was probably the only Bill’s fan to come in that night if ever lol

A small cidery nestled right next to the Greenway. I've enjoyed everything I've had here, especially the hopped cider. Good place to stop with a group of friends for one of their event nights!

I wish I would’ve bought more of the Blueberry Lemonade. Super friendly atmosphere. They had live music and board games. I HAD to buy 32oz to go, which was super convenient. Five Maidens along with the entirety of Bethlehem is extremely affordable.

This is bar none the best cider I've had & I don't particularly like cider. In the years they have been open they have blossomed into something special. While I love beer, I appreciate the special nature of what these folks offer. Yes the product is awesome, however the people are true gems & I happy to have had a chance to try them near the beginning & again today. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you drink alcohol & won't at least try them. If you like non beer offerings you'll appreciate this spot. My last visit to this fine place....& not because of their product or quality of service.
