4. Nectaron (6.5%): Semi Dry base, dry hopped with Nectaron hops to add a light bitterness and aromas and flavors of pineapple, passionfruit, and peach. The hops add a juicy complexity without overpowering the apple character.

5. Under the Sea (6.8%): Sweet apple aroma with notes of fresh cut summer pineapple. Sweet pineapple flavor balanced with semi dry apple base and a lingering sweet note even Sponge Bob would approve of!

6. Old Curmudgeon (4.5%): This sessionable semi dry cider has a fresh apple aroma with a light body and a crisp apple flavor. This is one even Clint Eastwood would smile at – “Get off my lawn!”

7. Cider Donut Cider (6.5%): Semi Sweet base cider with additions of brown sugar and spices. A multidimensional cider with sweet apple notes balanced with a spiced caramel, vanilla aroma and flavor.

8. Mimosa (6.7%): Mimosa has a fresh squeezed orange and sweet apple aroma and flavor. It tastes like Sunday brunch finishing dry with subtle champagne notes.

    Horse Head (8.1%): Our barrel aged red wine cider pays homage to the wine that previously rested in this barrel: The Godfather. Beginning as our Semi Dry, this cider has an aroma of red wine, oak, and apple. The aroma leads to a complex flavor of an oaky red apple wine with maple, vanilla, and subtle bourbon notes.
