1. Semi Dry (6.8%):  Crisp and bright, low residual sweetness, moderate tannins and acidity with a slight tartness.

3. Valance (6.8%):  Semi Dry base, blended with a mix of sweet and Montmorency cherry juices to provide a complex cherry flavor that even the Socs and Greasers would love to share.

4. Nectaron (6.5%): Semi Dry base, dry hopped with Nectaron hops to add a light bitterness and aromas and flavors of pineapple, passionfruit, and peach. The hops add a juicy complexity without overpowering the apple character.

5. Small Batch Series: Not Your Grandma’s Dry Pumpkin Pie (6.7%): Smells like Thanksgiving dessert, this semi dry based cider has notes of our favorite fall spices with a balanced blend of apple and pumpkin. Buyer beware this is not cider donut sweet but it’s also not your grandma’s dry pumpkin pie! (Limited release)

6. Old Curmudgeon (4.5%): This sessionable semi dry cider has a fresh apple aroma with a light body and a crisp apple flavor. This is one even Clint Eastwood would smile at – “Get off my lawn!”

7. Quarter Hoop (7.2%) 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CIDER: A balanced aroma of apple and light Chardonnay with notes of vanilla oak, the Semi Dry cider base elevates the apple and stone fruit characters of the wine. Subtle notes of vanilla oak linger into the semi dry finish. A light carbonation provides a smooth semi dry, barrel aged cider.

8. Sahara (6.7%): Our driest offering, Sahara has a crisp apple nose with a bone dry apple flavor that lingers into the finish.

9. Steep Series- Mango Guava Black Tea (6.7%): Mango Guava Black Tea is a semi dry based cider with a tropical mango cider aroma. The guava mango flavor is balanced with apple and black tea, finishing dry.

10. Blueberry Lemonade (6.6%): Our Blueberry Lemonade Cider has a semi sweet base that is blended with blueberry juice and lemon. A blueberry lemon aroma and flavor with a slight apple base in the background.

11. Ms. Jackson (6.7%): Single varietal cider from 100% Evercrisp apples. A semi sweet cider with a sweet apple aroma that carries to the finish, with a  light acidity. Try it today because it won’t be around forever, forever, ever, forever, ever!

12. Back Nine (6.6%):  Semi Sweet base, blended with lemon to make our signature lemonade cider. It is then steeped with black tea for that Arnold Palmer boost through the back nine!

13. Steep Series- Peach White Tea (6.4%): Semi Dry base, set on whole leaf peach white tea, imparting soft peach and apricot flavor and aroma, with a slightly dry tea finish.

14. Betty (6.5%): Single varietal cider from the Rosalee apple, this single varietal cider provides a sweet, fragrant fresh apple picked aroma. The flavor is semi sweet initial lush apple with a background acidity that finishes drier. Betty is a unique single varietal cider that should appeal to both dry and sweet fans.
